We loved everything about Kelp House - what a wonderful find for us! Beautiful, private, and fully self-contained accommodation, hosted by the delightful Tammy & Richard. The tastefully decorated apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect base to explore the area, with easy access to the bus and a short walk to the sea. The apartment was quiet, well-appointed, and Richard gave us excellent insider tips on what to see during our visit. We only regret not staying longer!

    No complaints whatsoever! 😊

I felt like a modern-day explorer, discovering hidden gems and immersing myself in nature's beauty. It was like being in a movie, with each step revealing a new awe-inspiring scene.

    Limited breakfast variety.

The bathroom was amazing! It had a cozy vibe with a refreshing shower and free toiletries. It made me feel pampered and relaxed, just like at home. As a parent, I enjoyed the convenience and cleanliness.

The only thing I didn't love was the size of the bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking, but hey, some people might think it's cute and cozy!

The location of this accommodation is perfect, allowing easy access to both Brighton and Rottingdean. The hosts, Richard and Tammy, provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with every modern convenience you could need. From the comfortable sofa to the easy-to-use kitchen area, everything is designed for your comfort and convenience. Richard's insider tips on local attractions are a true highlight, ensuring you make the most of your visit.

One minor downside is the lack of blackout blinds in the bedroom, which may result in an early wake-up call for some guests.

Free bikes and private parking: I had a blast exploring the beautiful surroundings on the complimentary bikes provided. It felt like pedaling through a postcard-worthy landscape, with the wind in my hair and a smile on my face. And the convenience of free private parking made my stay even more stress-free.

Limited towels provided: Only one minor downside was the limited number of towels provided in the holiday home. It meant I had to ration them and prioritize their use.

This place was mind-blowing! The host was super friendly and gave us jaw-dropping local tips. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities we could hope for, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The location was fantastic, right on the cliffs and easily accessible to Brighton by walking, cycling, or bus. We even had free parking! We loved the peacefulness of the area and enjoyed exploring the nearby hiking trails and fishing spots. If we ever visit the area again, we would definitely choose to stay here, as it exceeded all our expectations.
